    A missing policy number is normal here. If the name and the vehicle are enough to find you, nobody calls to ask for it.

    The card comes out of the carrier’s system

    Not printed here — pulled from the company that holds the policy and sent to the address you gave us. That is also why their app can usually beat us to it.
