Telling us is not telling the carrier.
A claim is reported when the company that wrote the policy has it. That is when the clock starts, when the adjuster is assigned, and when the file exists — not when you leave a message at this office. Report it to them first, then call us and we will chase it from this end.
The same rule runs the other way on money. Premium is paid to the carrier. This site takes no payment, holds no card and has no login. If a page asks for a card number in this agency’s name, it is not us, and the number below is how you check.
